Tiana Fillichio
I spent a decade building a career in marketing before I knew exactly what I wanted to build for myself.
Agency life. Startups. Corporate marketing departments. I moved through all of it, learning the craft, sharpening the strategy, figuring out what great brand work actually looks like when the brief is pushed past the obvious. I was good at it. But I kept waiting for work that genuinely lit me up.
Then I went in-house at a functional medicine and aesthetics practice — and everything clicked.
I saw firsthand what happens when a talented, dedicated provider doesn't have the marketing to match. Patients who would have loved what she offered never found her. Her brand looked like an afterthought. Her social presence was inconsistent. And she was so busy doing the work — the real, important work of caring for her patients — that she had nothing left to give to marketing.
That provider is everywhere in this industry. Exceptional at her craft. Invisible online. And completely underserved by the agencies and freelancers who don't understand the space well enough to serve her properly.
I started Contessa Creative because I understood both sides. The marketing. The industry. The specific demands of building a brand in a space where trust, credibility, and aesthetics all have to work together. And because I believe deeply that women-owned practices deserve premium support — not as an afterthought, but as a standard.
